1. Discussion on Means Test Weightings
- Discussion: The meeting focused on establishing weightings for each sub-criterion of the Means Test, with weightings scaled from 1 (low importance) to 3 (high importance). Initial assessments were made by Sid and Jake, detailing the preliminary weightings and identifying additional inputs required for each sub-criterion.
- Action Items: Review and refinement of the weightings and input columns are required. Assigned to Bernard, Joseph Axisa, and Paul Imseih for further review and feedback.
2. Review of the Arbitrum Ecosystem
- Discussion: The need to comprehensively understand and categorize the types of projects currently being developed within the Arbitrum ecosystem was discussed. This is to ensure that the Means Test aligns with the ecosystem's needs and priorities.
- Action Items:
- Areta and Axis Advisory to conduct a detailed review of the Arbitrum ecosystem.
- ADPC to engage with Offchain Labs and the Arbitrum Foundation to discuss project categories of interest, particularly those that could benefit from being built on the Orbit chains.
3. Stakeholder Engagement for Ecosystem Review
- Discussion: The importance of involving a broader range of stakeholders in discussions about the Arbitrum ecosystem in order to gather diverse perspectives and needs.
- Action Items:
- Areta and Axis Advisory to compile a list of key stakeholders to engage in the ecosystem review.
- ADPC to initiate discussions with identified stakeholders to gather insights on desired project categories and to foster collaborative development within the ecosystem.
