1. Engaging DeDaub as Security SMEs

• Discussion: The ADPC discussed the practicality of engaging DeDaub as Security SME for the ADPC.
• Resolved: The ADPC engaged DeDaub to complete the requirements gathering exercise and start the review of the RFP.

2. Foundation Review of RFP Documents

• Discussion: Foundation agreed to enter into the Head Agreement with service providers and the Foundation’s legal team will review the Head Agreement more closely as they are the signatory. We do not yet have an ETA on when that review will be completed although the Foundation is aware of the ADPC plan to publish by 1 May.
• Resolved: Foundation is currently reviewing the RFP documentation.
