1. Feedback from the ADPC

• Discussion: The ADPC discussed feedback from the Foundation on the RFP documents and mentioned that references to the ADPC will likely be removed and replaced with that of the Foundation’s legal entity. The ADPC also discussed that the Foundation will have views on liability and IP.
• Resolved: The ADPC has asked the Foundation to get back to the ADPC as soon as practicable as the Head Terms are the last open item prior to publication of the RFP.

2. Incorporation of DeDaub Material into Documents

• Discussion: The ADCP discussed that the DeDaub content needs to go into the Head Agreement in the Category 1 table in Schedule 2 and in the RFP evaluation criteria in the Application Process document.

3. Committee Structure

• Discussion: The ADPC decided that it cannot be on the committee to avoid any conflict of interest, and to keep an arm’s length from the committee’s operation.
• Resolved: The ADPC incorporated this in the Committee Structure proposal.

4. Infrastructure for ADPC RFP Applications

• Discussion: The ADPC decided that the following infrastructure would need to be created for the RFP process:
  • Email mailbox.
  • Separate workspace for the receipts of the content, review and evaluation.
