1. Updates on DeDaub Work

• Discussion: The ADPC discussed that no other work needed to be done by DeDaub on the requirements for the RFP and the ADPC needs to incorporate DeDaub’s content into the RFP documents.

2. Update on RFP Documentation

• Discussion: Given capacity constraints with Paul over the next week, and some of the work will take 2-3 days of solid drafting before we send the documents back, the ADPC can do an interim step of sending some high-level comments to Andrea, get some buy-in, and continue working on that.
• Resolved: The ADPC will update the Head Agreement and Application Process Form to send back to the Foundation by 20/21 May.

3. Tasks from the Call

• Axis Advisory to set up infrastructure for applications and reviews.
• Axis Advisory to read through DeDaub’s work and add it to the document.
• Daimon Legal to review indemnity from the Head Agreement to align with ADPC’s earlier draft.
