1. RFP Infrastructure

• Discussion: The ADPC discussed that we created a Notion form via which security service providers can apply and that they will submit their responses via a PDF. The ADPC created a Kanban board to allocate which parts of each response that each reviewer (Areta, Daimon Legal, Axis Advisory, and DeDaub) will review, aligned to their specific expertise and ensuring consistency in reviews across all applications. There was a discussion around a peer review for each application as well. Areta will take the pricing, commercial, and operational questions; Daimon Legal the legal section; Axis Advisory the more general questions; and DeDaub the technical questions.

2. Update from the Foundation

• Discussion: The ADPC discussed that the Foundation recently sent an update through and that Paul would take a closer look at their updates. Paul and Joseph agreed to jump on a call with Andreaa from the Foundation to discuss specific sections and the next steps forward.

3. ADPC Extension

• Discussion: The ADPC discussed the scope it could cover in its next tenure and discussed identifying the frameworks it could take on next and the plan to do so. The ADPC also discussed the scope of the extension including structuring the next procurement framework post receiving input from the rest of the DAO and the ADPC’s specific role.

• Paul and Joseph to review the document from the Foundation with the aim to get back to Andrea by end of week and schedule a call to finalise them with Andrea on Monday or Tuesday.
