1. Update on Publishing of RFP Documents

• Discussion: The ADPC will be publishing the Application Process, Head Agreement (Joseph to confirm this with Andrea), and the forum post. The ADPC discussed that it already had a draft of the forum post and Paul would post all documents.

2. Update on Notion Infrastructure

• Discussion: The ADPC discussed that Jake from Axis Advisory would walk Sid through the Notion infrastructure for the RFP and Sid would provide feedback.
• Resolved: Jake walked Sid through the infra and Sid made changes to it.

3. Plan to Publish RFP Documents

• Discussion: The ADPC decided that it would aim to post the RFP documents on the forum by mid of w/c 17 June and that it would conduct an education campaign post publishing.

4. Discuss ADPC Bi-Weekly Call

• Discussion: The ADPC would provide an update on the RFP publishing process and subsequent steps around posting the Subsidy Fund proposal on Tally in the bi-weekly ADPC call on 13 Jun 2024, and that the next call would likely be an FAQ session for security service providers.
