1. Discussion on Extension of the ADPC in Phase 2

• Discussion: The ADPC discussed the procurement frameworks (PFs) it has shortlisted to potentially tackle in Phase 2 after its term ends on August 20 2024. There are two types of PFs it can tackle: directly procure a service provider or entity, or create a panel of whitelisted providers. The 6 procurement frameworks shortlisted via an extensive methodology are DevRel firms, Event firms, OTC Services, RPC Providers, KYC Providers, and Tokenomics & Token Launch teams. The ADPC decided to obtain feedback from high-context delegates, existing projects building on Arbitrum, new projects looking to or in the process of deploying on Arbitrum, and the Arbitrum Foundation.

2. Outcome Report

• Discussion: The ADPC discussed that it would structure and begin executing the Outcome Report for Phase 1.
• Resolved: First draft of the Outcome Report is almost at completion.
