1. RPCs
- Discussion:
- Updates were given on the Notion checklist for RPC providers, focusing on capturing the list of contacts and granting them edit access.
- Consideration of sharing the checklist via public link or by adding specific email addresses to ensure appropriate access rights.
- Outreach to Arbitrum Foundation and OCL for contributions to the checklist.
- Paul provided updates on the RFP draft for RPC service providers.
- Discussion on refining evaluation criteria and ensuring alignment with project needs.
- Need for a unified review before submitting the draft to the foundation.
- Proposal to draft a survey addressing pain points faced by projects, including pricing, technical capabilities, and customer service.
- Collaboration with Jessica and Dermot to design concise and relevant survey questions.
- Resolved:
- Jake will review options for granting edit rights and finalize the access approach.
- The Declaration of Interest form will be circulated to RPC providers on or around15 December 2024.
- The RFP draft will be reviewed collaboratively with the Foundation legal team and finalized for publication by late Dec, early January 2025.
- Dennis will work with Jessica to prepare a draft survey by 22 December 2024.
- Feedback will be incorporated, and the survey will be disseminated after RFP publication.
2. Events
- Discussion:
- Discussion on DAO Events Budget and procurement plans for virtual and non-crypto conferences.
- Resolved:
- A follow-up meeting will be scheduled with Entropy to clarify event priorities and responsibilities for Events strat.
3. Subsidy Fund

- Suggestions to split the feedback survey into categories: one for whitelisted providers and another for all applicants.
- Anonymous feedback forms were proposed to elicit more candid responses.
Resolved:
- Surveys will be anonymized.
- An open-ended feedback section will allow for comprehensive insights.
- The finalized survey is slated be distributed by Friday, 20 December 2024.
