• 2 pending matters:
  • Umami Finance which should be finalised soon as they kept making mistakes in the quotes (no digital signature, total instead of unsubsidised amount, long response time etc...)
  • Takadao should be resolved EOW please refer to the message above.
• All other Exhibit B’s have been shared with the Foundation.
• Sid to ping on ADPC group for updates on signing of Exhibit A’s.
• Paul to ping auditors group to say that the work can begin and the only thing remaining is the signing of Exhibit A from the Foundation - they’ll be operating at risk.
• Sid to update ADPC Notion with accepted grantees.
• Sid to draft template social media message and graphic for all grantees to share on X. All grantees can then write a small individual blurb saying what they will do with the funds - keep it personalised and less ‘robotic’.
