  1. Applicant applies via the Application Form on Airtable. All applications will be received in an submission period of 2 weeks. This will ensure that all applicants are judged fairly against each other and not on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Applications are open from 00:00 UTC on September 30th, 2024 to 23:59 UTC on October 14th, 2024.

  2. The ADPC members outlined in the Team page will be responsible for evaluating applications according to the Evaluation Criteria outlined here. The team will create an initial shortlist of applicants.

Note: the entire review process will take place over a 6-week period.

  3. The ADPC will request quotes from all whitelisted security service providers for all shortlisted applicants.

  4. These quotes will be forwarded to each shortlisted applicant.

  5. Each shortlisted applicant selects their top preferred auditor based on the quotes received and communicates this decision back to the ADPC.

  6. Using the information gathered from the Means Test and the selection of the top preferred auditors from shortlisted applicants, the ADPC will make the final decision on the subsidy grant, including grantees and subsidy allocation.

  7. The selected grantees will begin the KYB and contract execution process with the Arbitrum Foundation.

The subsidy amount that is allocated by the ADPC is up to 70% and there is no guarantee that any applicant will receive a full 70% subsidy on the security service.

Also keep in mind that being shortlisted does not mean that an applicant is guaranteed a subsidy. The final grantees will be decided in Step 6 after the preferred auditors are selected in Step 5.
