Integrity, transparency, teamwork, and respect for the community and its varied stakeholders are at the heart of our principles. To respect these ideals and guarantee that the ADPC & SSF supports initiatives that match with our aims and values, we have produced this Code of Conduct, which describes the ethical and professional standards required of all grant applicants.

Applicants and grantees are expected to adhere to this Code of Conduct throughout the application process and project implementation. It is designed to ensure that the SSF and its whitelisted service providers + projects maintain a respectful, transparent, and collaborative relationship that benefits the entire Arbitrum ecosystem.
1. Integrity and Honesty
- Applicants must provide truthful and accurate information in their whitelist & subsidy applications and any subsequent communications.
- Projects should genuinely aim to contribute positively to the Arbitrum ecosystem.
2. Transparency
- Regularly update the ADPC Commitee and the Arbitrum community about the project’s progress, challenges, and other updates through agreed-upon channels.
3. Respect for Community and Ecosystem
- Engage respectfully with community members and other stakeholders in the Arbitrum ecosystem.
- Act in a manner that supports the collective well-being and reputation of the Arbitrum ecosystem.
4. Compliance
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory documentation and requirements applicable to the project.
- Ensure that the project and its implementations do not violate the rights or undermine the security and performance of users and other projects in the ecosystem.
5. Collaboration and Support
- Engage constructively with ADPC & SSF, providing requested information and updates in a timely manner.
6. Non-Discrimination
- Ensure that the project and its contributions are accessible and do not discriminate against any individual or group based on attributes such as race, gender, ethnicity, disability, etc.
